Group Therapy Programs

A caring, collaborative setting to share experiences and learn from one another.

The Power of Group Therapy

Group therapy offers unique benefits that complement individual treatment. In a supportive group setting, you'll discover you're not alone in your struggles, learn from others' experiences, practice new skills in a safe environment, and build meaningful connections with people who understand.

Open Groups

New members can join at any time. These ongoing groups allow flexibility in attendance and are great for those seeking ongoing support without a fixed commitment.

Closed Groups

These groups begin and end together with the same members. The consistent membership allows for deeper trust and connection over the course of the program.

Current & Ongoing Groups

Our group offerings are continuously evolving, with new openings becoming available regularly. Many groups continue beyond the dates listed below or reopen throughout the year. If a group appears “ended,” it may still be enrolling or starting again soon. Call or text us today for real-time availability and to find a group you can join right now.
